As part of a yearly health incentive, Franklin Electic employees are encouraged to participate in an annual corporate 5k against local businesses in the community. The design for the team shirts was meant to incorporate elements from both running and Franklin Electric products. With more than 80 employees participating on the team, Franklin Electric took home wins for both the fastest male and female teams.
