As far back as I can remember, music has always been at the heart of my motivation and inspiration. During the 2020 pandemic, I decided to expand upon my skill set and explore the art of hand lettering in typography. The concept behind this project was to choose a specific verse from one of the many bands that I’ve photographed and visually bring it to life. Once the typography portion of the project was complete, I then merged it with a photograph that I’d captured of that specific band.
